New Horizons for Eco-Labels and Sustainability

The North American edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit drew to a successful close on 19th January, bringing together about 200 executives from across the food industry. With many consumers becoming disconnected from agriculture & food production methods, summit participants called for greater traceability and accountability from food manufacturers & ingredient firms.
